There are two ways:
- By contracting directly with maintenance companies and committing to regular maintenance of the building to avoid any maintenance-related issues with tenants and maintain the overall condition of the building in the best possible way.
- Coordinating with the owner and securing approved maintenance companies in the country and signing annual contracts related to maintaining all facilities related to the building so that the direct financial dealings are done by the owner, and we, in turn, supervise the maintenance work provided by these companies.
